I'm committed to ensuring your orders reach you in tip-top shape. Here's everything you need to know about my shipping policy:
Shipping Methods
- Options Galore: I offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs, from speedy express delivery to wallet-friendly standard shipping. Choose what works best for you during checkout.
- Our Shipping Options: Standard shipping is a flat rate of £3.00, which includes 48-hour tracked deliver via Royal Mail, and express shipping for £6.50, which is sent Special Delivery also via Royal Mail.
Shipping Timeframes
- Speedy Delivery: I aim to get your order on its way to you as fast as possible. the estimated delivery times for each shipping method are 2-5 business days for standard shipping.

Special Delivery: Orders placed with the Special Delivery service will be dispatched within one working day from Monday to Thursday with the aim to deliver these orders within 2 working days after dispatch.
Friday Orders: Please note that orders placed with Special Delivery on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. This is due to our operational constraints over the weekend.Bank Holidays: In the event of a Bank Holiday, please be aware that there may be additional delays in dispatch and delivery. Orders placed on or just before a Bank Holiday may experience delays beyond the usual timeframes.
Order Processing
- I'll process your order as quickly as possible and send it out for delivery within 1-3 business days of receiving it.
Tracking Your Shipment
- Stay in the Loop: You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. You can use this to keep tabs on your package's journey to your doorstep.
- If you can't find your order or shipping confirmation then please check your junk mail.
Shipping Costs
- Transparent Pricing: Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Rest assured, I try to keep our shipping fees as efficient as possible, and I'll always show you the exact cost during checkout.
International Shipping
- Global Reach: I currently only ship within the UK, but I'm excitedly exploring the possibility of international shipping in the near future to bring our products to even more homes around the world!
- Oops, Made a Mistake?: If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, reach out to out to me as soon as possible. I'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Lost or Damaged Items
- Not So Great News: In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please get in touch with me right away. I'll work tirelessly to make it right and ensure you receive the products you love.
