Refund policy

Hey there! I want your shopping experience to be a breeze, and that includes making returns as easy as pie. I've put together this returns policy to guide you through the process:

Returns Eligibility

  • Item Type: I happily accept returns on all our products. 
  • Condition: Please return the item in the same condition you received it – that means unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging. 
  • Timeframe: No rush! You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. 
  • Acceptable Reasons for Return: I understand that things happen, so I welcome returns for various reasons, such as a defective item, received the wrong item, or simply changed your mind

Return Process - Easy as 1, 2, 3!

  1. Reach Out: Shoot me an email at admin@ionapoppydesigns.com. Let me know you'd like to make a return and provide your order number and the reason for returning the item.

  2. Package It Up: Safely pack the item back into its original packaging, making sure all accessories, manuals, and any extra goodies are included. 

  3. Send It Our Way: Ship the package to us at the address I provide. 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Who's Covering the Costs: Generally, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or there was a mistake on our end. I'll work with you to make it right!

Refund or Exchange - Your Choice!

  • Refund Method: As soon as we receive and inspect the returned item, I'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Expect it within 7-10 business days. 
  • Exchanges: If you'd like an exchange, I'm here to help! I offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability.

Exceptions - Just a Heads Up

  • Final Sale Items: Some items are marked as 'Final Sale' and, unfortunately, cannot be returned. I'll always let you know if an item falls into this category.
